is a small friendly family-run Bed and Breakfast, offering high
quality accommodation. We are situated by the River Tweed overlooking
Cardrona golf course and only 3 miles from Peebles, in an area
of outstanding beauty in the Scottish borders.
Pursuits such as golf, fishing, horse-riding, walking and mountain
biking are popular in the area – the famous biking centres
at Glentress and Innerleithen are nearby and cater for all grades
of riders - or simply take time to stroll around the bustling
little town of Peebles which is renowned for its picturesque and
unspoilt character and boasts a variety of independent shops with
ample restaurants and coffee shops to suit any budget.
The beautiful
Kailzie Gardens are nearby and Traquair Huose (Scotland's oldest
inhabitated house) is only three miles away. Visit between April
and September and see the famous Tweed Valley Ospreys. We are
ideally situated with easy access to Edinburgh (only 40 minutes
away) and Glasgow (90 minutes).
All of our rooms have en-suite or private bathroom, also television,
clock radio, tea and coffee making facilities and hairdryers.
