Washing and covering the new cobbles with sawdust.

The cobbles have to be left for two weeks before anything can drive on them.

The replacement 'sides' being fitted, as the original ones were of inferior quality.

Wall being erected outside 'Wilton Mills' in Commercial Road.

Outside Parris Photographic Studio again.

. Note the new 'old fashioned' street lighting at the corner of Laing Terrace.
